A quick scan of Arctas activity today shows a handful of companies pulling ahead, driven by very specific moves.
Ecosystem alignment and small business positioning led early interest. A wave of new alliances across more than 30 IT and consulting firms, including Rise8, Blue Water Thinking, Ghostwerks, and JPI, drew attention as companies sharpen competitive positioning across FedCiv, FedHealth, and DoD.
Leadership and team building followed. IonQ picked up strong engagement after bringing on former DoD Principal Deputy CIO Bill Dunlap. Athena Federal Solutions also moved up as the firm, led by former VA Digital Health lead Nadia Smith, continues to bolster its team.
Contract and platform activity rounded out the day. Mathematica gained traction with a CDC award supporting assessment of CMS data. Precise and Salesforce drew views with the delivery of RiMiTy, an AI agent supporting FDA’s Data Management Support Services System. Pluribus Digital also registered interest after being awarded a position on the GSA Polaris GWAC WOSB pool.
